I saw this tag floating around a couple of my fav blogs and I had been meaning to post it. But uni has been crazy despite it being Week 3 so i'm a little late. But I'm heaps excited now since it's only a few more days away. Can't wait to meet everyone and of course play with all that makeup!!!Hope to c u there:)

1. Which IMATS are you attending?
IMATS Sydney 2011. Also i'm extremely happy to be part of the Australian Beauty Bloggers Weekend!!!


2. Have you ever been to IMATS before?
Yes, attended IMATS last year. Wasn't overly impressed but fingers crossed this year will be heaps better.


3. How are you getting there? 
I will be staying at the boyfriends in Sydney and catching a train in on both days


4. Are you bringing anyone along?
Just me, but I hope to make a few friends there:)


5. Is there anything else in the IMATS host city that you want to see?
All the fabulous beauty bloggers


6. What days will you be in the city that IMATS is in?
Sat to Sun 24th -25th September


7. Who do you want to meet?
As mentioned all the beauty bloggers, will be great to put a face to the name of the many Aussie beauty blogs I follow.


8. What companies exhibits are you most excited to see?
Inglot, Mac, Makeup Forever


9. What products are you looking for?
Inglot eyeshadows for sure, hopefully they will be having a good discount. Also really want to pick up the Makeup Forever foundation.


10. How much do you plan to spend?
let's just say I will know when i get there;)


11. What do you want to get out of IMATS?
Just to meet all the wonderful ppl i have been avidly following and have an awesome day playing with a ton of makeup. Nothing beats that:)

FOTN- 4 years

It's been four wonderful years and the boyfriend and i decided to celebrate in one of our favourite restaurants in the city. Unfortunately the  weather decided to turn on us, from a beautiful spring day to a windy winters nite *booo* Despite that we had a lovely time, beautiful food and lovely drinks for a quite night out in the city.

This is the look I came up with. Love how the eyes turned out and I didn't even use any liner, just smudged the darkest eyeshadow colour in the palette on the lower lid to create a slighly smoky effect. Might try it out again:)

  Thought I would do a quick post on my NOTD. Doesn't this scream spring, but somehow winter decided to make a comeback this last 2 days, come on sunshine you can do it;)

This is the perfect peach nail polish IMO.

Nail Polish Crazy

I have sinned once again, but this time I have a good excuse. This massive nail polish haul was an anniversary gift from the boyfriend so its justified ;)
I've been wanting to get my hands on a few of the new collections and he thought that would make a perfect gift. I couldn't say no could I? So I placed an order with beautyzone2007 . I have always purchased the bulk of my nail polishes from her and never had any issues. I do have to mention that My Essie nail polish in Sew Psyched did arrive broken with this order. But a quick email to her and she said she would send me a replacement asap. Also the shipping for this order took literally 5 days.AMAZING!!

I also had to pick up 2 SportsGirl nail polishes when I was browsing through the store, cause i'm a nail junkie like that!

What's In My Travel Makeup bag

Last week I was on my 1 week of holidays!! Yes after working like a dog for 12 weeks in uni I get a week off  and then straight back into it, A WEEK!!! Don't get me started. Anyways I was off to Sydney and as I was packing I decided I would do another what's in my makeup bag post. I previously did one HERE.

I love reading/watching these kinda post so I thought i would do another one. This time i admit, i was a little naughty.....ok, maybe a lot. I took more stuff than needed and some i didn't even end up using, but hey better be safe than sorry rite;)

I used my trusty old Sportsgirl makeup bag that I love!!!!Picked it up a year ago and i have to say it's pretty good for packing extra unnecessary stuff.

FOTN- After Exams Fun

Of course after exams you have to celebrate!! Despite all the whining I do, I really love pharmacy. It's a hard course but I love it:)

So on Friday nite to celebrate my results as well as catch up with friends I made my way down to The Rocks.  I decided to bust out Ever Hip since it's spring and I recently saw a FOTD blog post featuring this lippy and fell in love with it again.

August Favourites

Here's some of the beauty products I have been loving the past month. August was definitely not a very creative or colourful month with makeup, hopefully this will change for September, especially since spring is finally here!!!

Chanel Bronze Universal - All I can say is love!!!The more i use it the more i love it. For a detailed review click Here

Benefit You Rebel Dark - A light tinted moisturizer that I have been reaching for a lot more and will definitely be doing more so as it starts to get warmer. 

Milani Liquifeye Brown - My HG eyeliner. That is all I have to say:)

Mac Sheen Supreme Lipstick Impressive - Love the finish of these Sheen Supremes, glossy and moisturizing.

Nyx Round Lipstick Frapuccino - Been reaching for this more recently, gorgeous brown pinky colour. For a better swatch click Here

Mac Kissable Lipcolour Super - Another my lips but better darker nude brown shade, almost always worn on my lazy makeup days.
